After looking into the digital services industry for SMEs, it was clear to me that many UK businesses were not getting the right service for their business. The industry appeared to be dominated by a number of massive companies that had grown through providing generic, low-quality services to the masses.
The idea that all SME businesses are the same seemed fundamentally flawed to me, and it seemed a far cry from the level of service that large corporations receive.

“We came across Site & Social because we needed a logo design for our upcoming launch of a new digital creator community. The description we gave was quite tricky to explain, we essentially wanted the C (of creator) to be made into the logo with a play on ‘space’ as in outer space.

“We have been operating a business for over the last 10 years and have inconsistently used social media to promote ad-hoc competitions, new products and customer reviews. Doing this in house was expensive, time consuming and the results we wanted were not always achieved.
Then we found Christian and Site & Social! Christian was able to tailor a package to us, using one of the packages on the site a foundation to build from.
Once the volume of posts and other services had been agreed within a couple of days, Christian helped us create an easy to use excel form which allowed to us to supply all the information to him to create posts enough for posts for the month ahead. To supply the information takes us about an hour but that’s it for the month, Christian has everything he needs. Normally this much content would have taken many hours within our normal working day.
Before we launched we received a couple of sample posts to sign off and we were all set. We could see all the scheduled posts, the content and time they were due to be published.
Since launching with Site & Social, we have received direct sales from posts, doubled our views to our website and started conversations with our customers about our social media…even some customers requesting to be featured!
We are looking to launch our new brand with Site & Social too in the next few months, Christian has advised on this best way to go about this, and this extended to now developing our new website also, so there is complete synergy across all our customer facing platforms.”
